Shipping policy

We ship worldwide to all locations with an active postal system. However, we do not ship to areas affected by conflict where postal services have ceased operations. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Prices

• Free Domestic Delivery on all orders over €40, or €3.99 for orders under €40.
• Free EU and UK Tracked & Signed Delivery on all orders over €80, or €4.99 for orders under €80.
• Free International/US Tracked & Signed Delivery on all orders over €120, or €5.99 for orders under €120.

We process all domestic shipments via ACS courier service or BOXNOW. Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. For international orders, we utilize ELTA’s 1st Class International Standard service, with estimated delivery times of 5–15 business days for Europe and 5–30 business days for the rest of the world.

Please note that these delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal service efficiency, or seasonal demand fluctuations. Any delays within destination countries are outside our scope of influence.

Order Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Asterodea L.P. is not liable for orders undelivered due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Undelivered Orders

An item will be considered lost if not delivered within 35 calendar days from the shipping date. At that point, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund. Claims for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 3 months of the shipping date. Requests made after this period will not be honored.
