- Domestic Orders (Greece): Shipped via ELTA or BOXNOW 1st Class delivery, with estimated arrival in 2–5 business days.

- Rest of the World: Estimated delivery time is 5–30 business days.
- Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to postal service efficiency, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within 35 calendar days from the shipping date, we will consider it lost and offer a replacement or full refund. Refund or replacement claims must be made within 3 months of the shipping date. -
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at orders@asterodea.com. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments. Additional shipping fees may apply if we need to resend your order.

- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you’d like to exchange an item, please email us first to check availability. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. -
Are any items non-returnable?
- Personalized items (custom-made or engraved pieces) are non-returnable unless defective.
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
Our jewelry is crafted from Zamak (a high-quality alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and copper) with silver or gold plating. We also use stainless steel, natural and ceramic stones, as well as shells and pearls, which may be natural or synthetic, depending on the design. The specific material details for each piece are clearly listed in the product description. -
Are your products hypoallergenic?
While our pieces are lead- and nickel-free, we recommend reviewing the specific materials listed for each product if you have allergies or sensitive skin. Stainless steel options are generally more hypoallergenic. -
