Our Commitment

At Asterodea L.P., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we are happy to offer a full refund, including all shipping costs, or provide a replacement based on your preference.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Before returning an item, please contact us first. Contact us at support@asterodea.com before returning any items to receive return authorization and instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be in their original condition—if there are noticeable signs of wear, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

For international returns, any import taxes or customs fees incurred upon return are the buyer’s responsibility. If these charges apply and are not covered, they may be deducted from the refund amount.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are defective.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exclusions

  • Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
